The Perfect Fitness Solution For Wing Chun/ Ving Tsun Practitioners

I only promote products and services that I personally use, and even when Beachbody discontinued their affiliate program, I chose to keep this page here. Why? Because not only do I believe in it, I use it. It has helped me achieve a fitness level that I could not have accomplished otherwise, and I want to make sure YOU know about it, too.

But rather than go into a long-winded story, simply check out each program below and choose which one best suits you. I have also pointed out some things from my own experiences to help guide you as to "which" one might better suit your needs.

Power 90 P90X Hip Hop Abs

Power90
Don't let the "beginner" tag fool you. Even if you are in pretty good shape already, Power90 will make you better.

With 2 levels - beginner and intermediate - this 90-day program takes you through yoga, cardio training, strength training, and combinations that always change so that you don't get used to it. When you start getting stronger and your body adjusts? Simply go up one level to "confuse" your muscles into working harder.

It is easy, without being "too" easy. And for Wing Chun? It is one of the best ways to jump into a healthier, out-of-the-gym workout program. Admittedly, their included nutritional guidelines are very basic and not much help when it comes to actually planning out meals, but at least you have a sense of what is good for you and what is not.

If you are new to fitness training or looking to make a change, you cannot go wrong with Power90.

P90X
The "X" in P90X stands for "extreme," and trust me when I tell you that they ain't foolin'! Unless you are already at the very top of your fitness game, do not even think about P90X. It will be a waste of your time (and money) because if you do it exactly like you should? You will not get through it. Yes, you will gain some strength and endurance, but you will also be wiped out and probably quit if you are not already in very good shape.

I went through 2 complete sessions of Power90 (180 days) before I embarked on P90X, and I STILL had a heckuva time. But, if you are already at an advanced fitness level, or even if you have hit a plateau? Then P90X will get your through it.

Hip Hop Abs
I know it sounds stupid, but do not let the name fool you. Without a doubt, this is my new-found favorite. Whether you are new to fitness or you are looking for a change, Hip Hop Abs is one of the funnest workouts I have ever encountered. Not only is it fun, but it is down-right effective, too.

Just make sure the blinds are drawn so you do not feel as dumb dancing all over the place. :o)

Admittedly, I was somewhat skeptical about what this type of program could do, but in the end I was not disappointed. Including a unique ab training program combined with hip hop dance, it is fun, it is effective, and it is one of the most energizing programs you will ever find out there.

Each workout is around 27 minutes or so, with some a bit longer. I generally do it everyday after getting up and it starts the day off just right.
