Wing Chun Training Programs

Wing Chun training programs takes a practitioner through various curriculums of Siu-Nim-Tau, Chum-Kiu, Biu-Tze, Chi-sau and the Muk-Yan-Chong. Terminology is generally universal but if you need more clarification, I recommend the AWCA’s eBook Training Series for in-depth training. With video-illustrated workbook training, the eBook Training Series is a complete reference of Wing Chun.

To save a training program, right-click on a “Download PDF training program” link. Click on Save As… and save the file to your Desktop or other folder of choice.

Program 1: Siu-Nim-Tau

  • Description: “Program 1: Siu-Nim-Tau” includes three programs, one for each of Siu-Nim-Tau’s three sections. You will also find a basic fitness training section that includes running, jump rope, wallbag training, and weight training.
