Printable Step-by-Step Training Programs

AWCA PDF training programs are very good free resources to help with your training endeavors. Many have asked why our Forms Training sections deliver so much free information? Now you know. After all, what good is a website if it does not actually assist with your training?

Each of the below programs were created directly from what you see on AWCAOnline's respective Forms Training areas. I recommend printing out the appropriate Forms Training page(s) according to the training program you want to work with. This way, you have an illustrated guideline to follow during your workouts.

Note 1: Training programs are derived from various programs found throughout our Forms Training areas, our eBook Training Series, Distance Learning Program, and Wing Chun Virtual Trainer section. For more in-depth training and step-by-step video lessons, please consult each section for continued learning.

Note 2: The PDF training programs are currently under production and not accessible yet. They will be available here, however, as soon as possible. To receive notice of when they become available, I recommend subscribing to our free newsletter, AWCA Notes.

Training Program - Phase I
The Phase I training program encompasses lessons learned from the Siu-Nim-Tau section of the Forms Training area. For a more complete training experience, I recommend checking out Volume 1: Siu-Nim-Tau of our eBook Training Series.

The Phase IV training program encompasses lessons learned from the Biu-Tze and Muk-Yan-Chong sections of the Forms Training areas. For a more complete training experience, I recommend investigating Volume 4: Biu-Tze and Volume 5: Muk-Yan-Chong of our eBook Training Series.

Training Program - Beginning Practitioner Fitness Program
This program is targeted for those new to Wing Chun, but also for enhancing one's fitness so that their Wing Chun will improve quickly and efficiently. Note: Consult your personal physician for medical clearance before undertaking this or any other fitness-related activity.

Training Program - Phase I Instructor Level
This program is targeted for Instructors and/or advanced-level practitioners that are looking for additional training programs. Note: This is an extremely grueling program and should not be undertaken without a competent level of fitness already in place.
